Our new associate attorney, Andrea Garcia, just became the first and only state bar certified immigration specialist in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties!! We are very pleased and honored to have her join our practice.

Andrea has been practicing Immigration Law for the last six years and recently joined our firm in January 2015. She has already racked up a terrific record of accomplishments including a big win on a withholding of removal case for a Mexican citizen, several waivers, a cancellation of removal case, U-visas, naturalization cases, adjustment of status, and many more victories.

Andrea is bi-lingual. She is married to a documentary filmmaker and has starred in a recent documentary about political asylum.
